MOD INSTALLATION / PC
Install PlanBuild, you magnificent idiot.
Four steps. Read all of them. Yes, even you, Ser.
This walkthrough is for Windows PC. Steam Deck setup is different. Mods are optional for regular play, but needed to use PlanBuild's tools.
Get r2modman
Install the Valheim mod manager r2modman. This saves you from manually dragging DLLs into mysterious folders.
Pick Valheim
Open r2modman, select Valheim, and create a profile named Funkverse (or whatever your tiny Viking brain can remember).
Install PlanBuild and dependencies
Search for PlanBuild by MathiasDecrock. Choose Download with dependencies. Confirm that BepInEx and Jötunn are installed as dependencies. Use compatible versions if the server specifies them.
Launch modded
Use Start Modded in r2modman, then connect to Funkheim over Tailscale. Don't launch regular vanilla Valheim and wonder why your tools are missing.
Shared blueprints: the server permits server-side blueprints, but you need the mod installed on your client to access the PlanBuild features. The default Blueprint Marketplace hotkey is End, subject to your client config.
